Bopet Plant LocationOur BOPET plant is located at Gandhidham and we manufacture best quality polyester film with distinctive properties such as uniform thickness, high clarity, extra gloss & superior strength. Our existing capacity of 700 MT / Month has been increased to 3000 MT / Month after installation & commissioning of a brand new 8.9 meter width BOPET manufacturing line of DORNIER, GERMANY. We have been successfully fully running 10, 12 & 23, 36, 50, micron film and we are equipped to produce from 8 micron to 150 micron on our new line. You will be glad to learn that we have now been successful in perfecting processes for thermal stability along with excellent tensile properties to produce high quality packaging / Yarn grade film in various microns. Fairly accurate & uniform gauge profile and other associated characteristics of premium film have already been achieved.

We have world class metallizers from Ulvac - JAPAN & General Vacuum - UK for metallizing BOPET Film with thickness BOPET Film with thickness ranging from 10 mic -150 mic & maximum width up to 2850mm. It can be splitter into different sizes as per customer's specifications. Metallizers are equipped with plasma treatment facility with high barrier properties through pinhole free metallizing and uniform optical density.
